  BUYER BEWARE
  I purchased a beautiful sectional sofa from Domon in November of 2015 in November of 2016 my sofa was no longer beautiful so I called the service department to report the damages I even took pictures a technician was sent on December 13, 2016 he told me its a manufacture's defect the piece should be replaced its May 3 2017 and I still haven't received the new piece nor have I been contacted by the service department or technician. I continued to call at least twice a month today being the final straw but they continue to keep passing the buck. so if you plan on buying furniture from domon don't bother because there service department S#$% big time. And to think I even paid extra for insurance HA! shame on me :(
